The Growatt GBLI Low voltage 6.5 kwh battery 6532 is a handy home battery that you can connect to your single-phase Growatt SPH or SPA inverter. It has an operating voltage of 48 to 57.6Volt and a capacity of 6.5 kWh. It is IP55 so you could install it outside under a canopy. It weighs 57.5KG so it is recommended to mount it standing up. You can mount it on the wall with a wall bracket but your walls should be able to cope with this. It is 47.5cm wide, 76.5cm high and 14.5cm deep.

The battery has a wide temperature range it always performs well in cold and hot conditions. During charging, a stable temperature control is maintained so that the cells perform as well as possible and are protected from large variations in temperature. Allowing it to achieve up to 6000 charging cycles.

Bear in mind that you need a Growatt ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) to comply with NEN standards while using the emergency power function, and that the inverter will only know when to charge or discharge if you also use the ct clamp supplied as standard in the inverter box, or a Growatt Smart meter 1-phase or Growatt smart meter 3-phase? You place this at the very beginning of the meter box, so it can measure all incoming and outgoing energy. That way, your inverter knows when to charge or discharge the battery.

Growatt gives a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty on the battery, or up to 6000 charging cycles.
