Installation tips for the Enphase Q-Cable

1. Choose the right number of connectors: The cable comes with your chosen number of connectors, with ps connector located 2 metres away from the next. The ends of the cable are open and must be terminated to ensure a safe, watertight installation. Use a splice box, a connector with a waterproof cap, or a sealing cap for this purpose.
2. Pro tip: Mount a Q-Cable connector male 3-phase at the end of the cable and connect it to the last micro-inverter of the branch. This saves you an extra Q-Cable, which reduces both time and costs.
3. Cable attachment: Use Q-CLIP-100 cable clips to attach the cable directly to the system’s mounting rail. This ensures a neat finish and prevents loose cables.
