Enphase IQ7+ Micro-inverter: Affordable and Reliable Energy Solution for Solar Panels
The Enphase IQ7+ Micro-inverter offers an affordable and reliable solution for those looking for efficiency without compromising on quality. Perfectly suited to modern solar power systems, this micro-inverter is equipped to meet the requirements of complex power grids, such as voltage management and frequency decoupling.
Key features of the Enphase IQ7+
- Optimised for Smart Grids: The IQ7+ is fully equipped to meet the requirements of complex power grids, including voltage management and frequency decoupling. Thanks to its integration with the Envoy-S, this microinverter can be remotely updated to meet future requirements.
- Affordable Quality: Although the IQ7+ is the most affordable option within the Enphase family, it offers the same robust reliability and performance as more expensive models. With more than one million test hours, the IQ7+ offers exceptional durability.
- Easy Installation: The IQ7+ uses lighter and flexible cabling, making installation easier and faster. This ensures more efficient installation without compromising reliability.
- Safety First: With low voltage transport and a built-in rapid shutdown system, the IQ7+ is extra fire-safe. For maximum safety and performance, the inverter should be connected via the required Q relay.
- Suitable for Various Solar Panels: The IQ7+ is compatible with both 60- and 72-cell solar panels and can handle peak capacities of up to 295 watts, making it flexible for different types of solar power systems.

Installation tips for the Enphase IQ7+ Micro-inverter
- Group layout: Bear in mind that a maximum of a 16-amp group may be placed on a 25-amp grid connection, with these inverters producing 1.26 amps ps. A maximum of 12 solar panels can therefore be placed on a 16-amp group.
- Monitoring Optimisation: Avoid more than 8 panels in one string to avoid any monitoring problems. Opt for T-splits and multiple strings to keep the data flow efficient.
- Warranty Conditions: Make sure the IQ7+ is connected to an Envoy and Q-relay to maintain the warranty.
